What this covers

This policy explains what information wiregrass.ai collects, why, and the choices you have. Wiregrass AI is based in Dothan and Enterprise, Alabama.

Analytics, only if you agree

The first time you visit, we ask whether we may use Google Analytics. Until you accept, no analytics code loads and no analytics cookies are set. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we take that as a no and don’t ask.

If you accept, Google Analytics records which pages you view, how you found the site (for example, from a search engine or a link), your approximate location, such as your city, and your type of device and browser. It sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_7NJ6N55K4Y, to tell one visit from another. We use this only to see which pages are useful. Our setup turns off Google’s advertising features, and Google Analytics doesn’t store IP addresses.

Google processes this data under its privacy policy. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can change your mind at any time with Privacy choices at the bottom of every page, or with the button below. If you turn analytics off, it stops right away and its cookies are deleted from your browser.

The contact form

When you send us a message, we receive what you enter: your name and email address and, if you add them, your company, phone number, and message. We also receive the subject of the button you used (for example, “Booking: Free strategy call”) and the page you sent it from.

Your message is delivered to our inbox by Mailgun, our email provider. To send it, you agree that we may email you about your request and add you to our mailing list for occasional news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any of our emails. We don’t sell your information.

Text messages are separate and optional: we text you only if you tick that box and give us your number (see Text message terms).

We keep a record of what you agreed to, including the wording you saw, the time, the page, your IP address, and your type of browser, as proof of your consent.

To stop spam, our server records the IP address and subject of each message it sends, and counts recent messages from each IP address. Those counts are kept in memory only and are cleared whenever the server restarts.

Text message terms

If you tick the text message box on our contact form and give us your phone number, Wiregrass AI may text you about your request and send occasional news and offers, including messages sent using automated technology.

Agreeing is optional, and it isn’t a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop through our contact form.
Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We don’t share your mobile number or your agreement to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and we never sell them.

Server logs

Like most websites, our servers keep standard logs of requests, such as the IP address, the page requested, the type of browser, and the time, for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and storage

Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_7NJ6N55K4Y), only if you accept.
Your privacy choice, saved in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask on every page. It never leaves your browser.
Nothing else. The site sets no other cookies and uses no advertising or social media trackers.

Your choices

You can turn analytics on or off at any time with Privacy choices, unsubscribe from our emails with the link in any of them, and stop text messages by replying STOP. To ask what information we have about you, or to have us correct or delete it, send us a message.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
