Hire an AI Employeethat learns any task you teach it
Whatever you’d hand a new hire, you can train your AI Employee to do: answer calls, follow up on leads, keep the schedule, get payroll ready, or handle the work that’s unique to your business. It works by phone, text, and email in a natural voice, takes direction from you, and never calls in sick.

No sick days and no no-shows, so a cold going around the office doesn’t mean missed calls.
Works after hours
Calls, texts, and email that come in at night or on the weekend get answered, and you see what happened in the morning.
Learns your business
It works from your services, prices, and policies, and follows your rules for what to say and when to hand off.
You stay the manager
You decide what it handles on its own and what it brings to you first, and you can see everything it did.
Costs less
Most tasks start at $499 a month, with no payroll taxes, benefits, or overtime to add on top.
Works with your tools
It connects to the calendars, CRMs, and other business software you already use, with access limited to what each task needs.
A person in the loop
You train it, review its work, and give it direction
Working with an AI Employee feels a lot like managing a sharp new hire. You show it how you like things done, it brings you what it isn’t sure about, and you correct it when it misses. As it earns your trust, you hand it more.
Training
Share your price list, policies, and the questions customers ask most, and tell it how you like things said. Your corrections shape what it does next.
Review
Anything it isn’t sure about lands in your review queue, and every call, text, and email is logged.
Direction
Set what it may handle on its own and what it brings to you first, and change that any time.

How it works
From first conversation to first shift
We’re based in Dothan and Enterprise, so we can sit down with your team to set it up and stay close after it starts.
01
Tell us the job
Pick the calls, messages, and tasks you want off your plate, and tell us what a great result looks like.
02
We train it on your business
We set it up with your information, rules, and tone, connect the tools it needs, and test it on real examples before customers hear from it.
03
It works while you review
It starts on the job with your review queue close at hand. Anything uncertain comes to you, and every action is logged.
04
You give direction as it earns trust
Correct what it misses and approve what it gets right. As it proves itself, hand it more to do on its own.
By trade
What it can handle in your line of work
Every AI Employee is trained for one business, so the work depends on yours. Here are common places to start.
Heating and air, plumbing, electrical, and pest control
Keep the phone answered while your crews are on jobs, and keep estimates from going cold.
Plus payroll taxes, benefits, paid time off, and the time it takes to hire and train.
An AI Employee
$499 a month to start, for most tasks
In some cases, an AI Employee that works and feels like a real member of your team costs much less than a new hire who comes with benefits, payroll taxes, and the rest. Some jobs still need a person, and we’ll tell you which.
Illustration using a $15 hourly wage. Your numbers will differ.
Questions we hear
What is an AI Employee?
An AI assistant we set up to do specific jobs for your business, like answering calls, replying to texts and email, booking appointments, following up on leads, and getting payroll ready. It works from your information and your rules, and a person on your team reviews its work and gives it direction.
Does it sound like a real person?
It speaks in a natural voice and writes in your business’s tone, so conversations feel easy. It doesn’t pretend to be a person, though: it can introduce itself as your virtual assistant, and anyone who asks for a person gets passed to your team or offered a callback.
What does it do on its own, and what needs my OK?
You decide. A common starting point is to let it answer routine questions and book appointments on its own, while anything involving money, like refunds or payroll, waits for your approval. As it earns your trust, you can hand it more.
How do we train it?
We start with what you already have: your website, price list, policies, and the questions customers ask most. We test it with your team on real examples before it talks to a customer, and after launch, your corrections and approvals shape how it handles the next one.
How much does it cost?
Starts as low as $499 a month for most tasks. Pricing for specific trades and use cases can be fine-tuned to manage costs, and you’ll know the price before anything starts.
Is it cheaper than hiring someone?
In some cases, much cheaper. A full-time hire at $15 an hour costs $2,600 a month in wages alone, before payroll taxes, benefits, and time off. An AI Employee doesn’t replace every job, but for the calls, messages, and paperwork it handles well, it can cost a fraction of that.
Will it replace my staff?
It doesn’t have to. It takes the repetitive calls, messages, and paperwork off your team’s plate, so your people can spend their time on work that needs judgment and a personal touch. You decide where a person always steps in.
Can it work with the software we already use?
Usually, yes. It connects to calendars, CRMs, help desks, and other business systems through their APIs, with access limited to what each task needs.
How do you protect our customers’ information?
It gets the narrowest access that does the job, everything it does is logged, and we never use your data to train models for anyone else. For the most sensitive work, ask us about running parts of it on hardware in your own building.
